Rent. How do I obliterate it completely from the code and make it so that player objects are saved when they quit?? Hope I don't offend anyone, but I really think that it's completely stupid to have to store your stuff. It seems a lot of people don't like them, and I think they detract from the overall entertainment value of the MUD. Actually, what I think would be even better is to have both; players won't be annoying by having to retrieve all their stuff, and, if it were possible, have an area to store things, where it was sort of a giant container. This, I'm sure might be a bit difficult, so for now I just want to have objects save with the players. So, if anyone (has done/knows how to) do this, I'd appreciate some help! Thanks! Hope I didn't offend anyone. ^_^ Wes Fonvergne +------------------------------------------------------------+ | Ensure that you have read the CircleMUD Mailing List FAQ: | | http://democracy.queensu.ca/~fletcher/Circle/list-faq.html | +------------------------------------------------------------+
