Assigning a shop

I am not a coder. I am trying to develop the possibility of assigning a shop
to a player.

The idea would include the possibility from the player side, to manage a
menu very similar to that we have in sedit (olc).

The only trouble I have, at least so far, is the possibility to forward
money to the owner of the shop even if he is not playing.

Is it possible to do that?..If yes ..could you help me?
