Just a message for all --- OasisOLC for Windows95 will not create a new
zone using the archive: oasiswin95.zip --- that is Oasis v.1.3 --- you
need to download the latest version from george greer from
http://www.van.ml.org/CircleMUD/OasisOLC/ AS WELL A EXE OF BZIP2.
I've tried it, and it works on my win95 system.
