You can create the directory, create a text "index" file that contains these
two lines:
0.trg
$
and create a file called "0.trg" that has just a dollar sign ($) [followed
by a
carriage return].
This will allow you to boot, so you can trigedit to create triggers. One
possible problem I haven't thought about before... if you create triggers
for zones that existed before the patch, unless you place a reference to
them in the trg/index, they -might- not load on the next reboot. Anyone
know for certain?
