[2 lines of code] Ac, to change or not to change?

well what I've done is changed circlemud so that the higher the ac the
better.
well this is quite useful, an easier to understand, I've taken care of
most of the code except the formula to subtract the ac from the dam.
so like:
acaffect = number(20, 40);
dam -= (victim_ac / acaffect);
now I know this isn't a very good formula so I'm asking for a more
complex balance formula. any ideas?
