[CODE] Mail All Command

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone had ever thought of a mail all command?  Not like
a e-mail mailing list but a command for imps so when they type mail all
then write their message it will go to all players in the player file.  It
could be used for general mud announcements and all.  I was just wondering
if anyone had made one.  Thanks
