Training Snipper

I have installed the training snippet and am having some problems.  I have no
compiling errors or errors in the syslog, the players are getting trains but
when trying to train, with or without an argument it always outputs the
non-argument if statement.  Any suggestions?  I've tried to work it out by
myself but obviously it didn't go so well.
