   Well, kinda, in db.c, reset_time

if ((time_info.month >= 7) && (time_info.month <= 12))

The above assumes there are 17 months in a year,
so months 7-12 are the middle of the year and
the weather changes are more mild, and would be
thrown out of whack if someone changes the defines
to say 6 months of 72 days each.
