Generally, you upload them to the 'incoming/' directory on the server,
follow the instructions in the text that comes up when you enter the
directory (which include sending 'circleftp@circlemud.org' a note
indicating what it is you uploaded, and where you feel it fits into the
contrib/ tree).

Occasionally I see something useful, grab it, and put it up myself.  But
that doesn't happen as often as it used to.

Also, try to wrap your lines a bit shorter.  ~72-75 characters is
generally good.  (=
