thanx for all your help... speed was just an example.. i am actually
making a customizable attack system... where you meditate the
name of the attack and it would be like

 >meditate 'powerball'
>You have failed to learn a new skill
>meditate 'powerball'
>You have failed to learn a new skill
>meditate 'powerball'
>You have failed to learn a new skill

and then after a while not to quickly.. they might even have to regen
there mana a few times... but it'll say

>meditate 'powerball'
>You have attained a new skill 'Powerball' Use attackedit
   to setattack message and type

... type meaning slash and all that kind of stuff

but i also want it so that you a)can only make a certain number of attacks
or b)you can make a new attack every so many levels

any ideas...?.. and i hope this new info is more understandable
