Ok, I have one question on a piece of code that I've looked and haven't
been able to figure out:

What does the argv[#] command do?
What does the argc    command do?

I've done a search through the archives and through my mud source, and I
can't find anything to help in the archives and nothing in my source code
really defines it for me or what it does?  I'm trying to add another
wizlist on my mud is why I need it.
