I am using CircleMUD, version 3.0 beta patchlevel 8

And the Postmaster is telling me the following:
The Postmaster of Moonhaven tells you, 'No one by that name is registered
here!

and yes I do know the player I am trying to mud mail is there.

The logs and core tell me nothing.
