Hi sorry if this has been posted already, I didn't see it when I took a brief look through the archives, in bpl21:

constants.c:17 
 cpp_extern const char *circlemud_version = "CircleMUD, version 3.00 beta patchlevel 19";


shouldn't this be patchlevel 21? The version command reports this string.. just pointing it out in case it was forgotten.
