Please note that Listserv services (e-mail & web interface) will not be
available on Wed. Dec. 27th from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm. due to a power outage.

This outage _may_ continue through Thursday, Dec. 28th at 8pm.

One of the power transformers in the building that houses the machine is
scheduled for repair on those days.
