CircleMUD 3.0 Ripe Beta or Next Version

So, we have gone through 20+ revisions of CircleMUD 3.0.  It is not OFFICIALLY released?!?  http://www.circlemud.org/cinfo.html about halfway down the page in the paragraph entitled: Getting CircleMUD by FTP.

So, we went through 20 bpl's before CircleMUD 3.0 was available.....when is 4 coming?
