You can declare as many bitvectors as you have RAM
to store them in.  However, each bitvector can only
hold 32 flags.
If you need more than 32 flags, you have a number of
options:  bitfields, an AFF2_x flag system, arrays
of bitvectors - check out the ftp site and snippet
site for examples of how implement these different
methods.
